The boring bit I'm afraid...
Bookings, Cancellations and No-shows:
In order to secure your appointment, I require a deposit of £50 at the time of booking.
Card details are securely held by our booking system Vagaro and are not viewable by the salon, owner or employees.
Appointment reminders will be sent 72 hours before your appointment.
Whilst I am aware that illnesses happen, last minute things pop up and budgets can change, I have to protect my business and loss of earnings can have a significant impact, especially when it's too late to fill your appointment space.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation then the deposit will not be refunded.
If the appointment is being adjusted by a few days then I will carry it over at my discretion.
If you don't turn up to your appointment without letting me know, you will receive an email from my booking system, and if a deposit has been paid- it will not be refunded and you will be liable to pay the full service amount.
Moving forward if you wish to rebook with me, you will have to pay the cost of the appointment up front at the time of booking.

I pride myself on creating an atmosphere that everyone feels safe and included in. No bitchy salon vibes here. I strive for an anxiety and neurodivergent friendly space and will endeavour to meet any additional needs to the best of my ability.
I am and always will be a proud LGBTQIA+ ally, and warmly welcome clients of all identities and persuasions for the services I offer.
I will not tolerate racist, homophobic or transphobic hate speech and I have the right to refuse service to any client that cannot play nicely. Respect, kindness and compassion at all times.
